All website visitors of age have the right to make purchases in the online store www.gozdnispecialisti.si.
Availability of information
DOPPS is committed to provide the customer with the following information at all times:
- the identity of the company (name and registered office, registration and tax number),
- contact details that enable the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail),
- the essential characteristics of the goods or services,
- product availability,
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set and it must be clearly shown
- method of payment,
- time validity of the offer,
- the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal,
- an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all details of the contact person or customer service.
Offer of items and prices
The offer and prices in the online store www.gozdnispecialisti.si do not change. The price in the online store is the same for all guests of the online store. Items in the online store are donations for a purchase of a forest in Republic of Slovenia. Payment for the item is not a subject of VAT according to Article 15 of PZDDV.
Order and prices
The sales contract between DOPPS and the customer is concluded in the online store on the website www.gozdnispecialisti.si at the moment when DOPPS sends the customer the first e-mail confirming his order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both DOPPS and the buyer.
The sales contract (i.e. the first electronic order status message) is stored electronically on the server and is available to consumers upon their written request.
Methods of payment
The online store on the website www.gozdnispecialisti.si allows the following payment methods:
- according to the proforma invoice (UPN order) to the company’s account,
- with Paypal to the company’s account,
- with payment or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, BA Maestro) via the application Stripe.
Issuance of invoice
After payment of the ordered items DOPPS also sends an invoice to the customer’s e-mail address in pdf format. The invoice breaks down the price and all costs associated with the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.
Purchase process
Product selection
On the website www.gozdnispecialisti.si select the product by clicking on it and then click on the link “CONTRIBUTE NOW!”. The product has thus been successfully added to the cart. To complete your purchase complete the required fields and click “CONTRIBUTE NOW”.
If the order was successfully completed, thank you message will be displayed on the website. You will receive the thank you message by e-mail as well. All donators are automatically included in a prize game.
Purchase notification process
After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted and finished.
The purchase procedure for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that at the end of the purchase they enter the name of the company and the tax number of the company. There are also equal payment options.
Security
DOPPS uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.
Secure authorizations and credit card transactions are handled by merchants DOPPS and Stripe. Credit card authorizations are performed in real time by immediate verification of data with banks. Card information is not stored on the server.
Communication
DOPPS will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user explicitly consents.
Legal notice
The online store on the website www.gozdnispecialisti.si and all data on it, images of articles, graphic and video elements on the website are protected and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
All item prices in the online store are denominated in EUR. Items are donations for a purchase of a forest in Republic of Slovenia. Payment for the item is not a subject of VAT according to Article 15 of PZDDV.

Limitation of liability
DOPPS does its best to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct.
Exclusion of liability
We reserve the right to disable the website or disable access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. In case of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel placed orders that have been affected by a technical error. In case of cancellation of orders, we will inform you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps. You must ensure that the equipment (antivirus, etc.) is properly protected from accessing and using the website. The customer must ensure adequate security and confidentiality of the data used to log in to the website (email address, password).
Complaints and disputes
DOPPS respects applicable European consumer protection legislation. DOPPS makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail in the event of problems.
The complaint is submitted via e-mail dopps@dopps.si. The appeal procedure is confidential. DOPPS will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to deal with it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.
DOPPS is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating litigation. Therefore, DOPPS strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.
In the case of judicial settlement of disputes, the court having jurisdiction over the consumer’s domicile has jurisdiction.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act. DOPPS publishes an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS) on the website www.gozdnispecialisti.si. The platform is available to consumers at the link HERE.
The regulation derives from the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Regulation (EU) no. Regulation (EC) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
